Technical information even without cookies

Loading a page sends an IP address and request data to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may retain server logs to operate and protect the website and monitor its performance. Declining optional storage or blocking cookies does not prevent the processing of requests already sent to those services.

Preferences saved on your device

Your choice is recorded in ob-cookie-consent-v1 in localStorage for up to 180 days. It contains the consent version, whether optional display preferences are allowed, and the choice and expiry times. This entry is used to remember and respect your choice, including refusal. A new choice is requested after expiry or a change to the consent version. Earlier notice-dismissal entries are removed and do not count as consent.

Only after you allow optional display preferences does the website save ob-display-v1. It contains choices such as text size, contrast and reduced motion, for up to 365 days from the last change, subject to valid consent. It is removed when consent is declined, withdrawn or expires on a subsequent visit. Withdrawing consent keeps your current page’s display usable but stops saving those choices for later pages.

Local-storage entries are not automatically sent with each request. The toolbar does not send them to the office or to UserWay. If browser storage is blocked, choices work on the current page only, and the banner may reappear. Accessibility controls and your browser’s zoom remain available when optional storage is declined.

Operational and security cookies

The website’s own files do not set hosting or security cookies. Any cookies used by the hosting provider, a reverse proxy or another security service depend on the production configuration. Their names, purposes and retention periods remain to be verified on the live domain; checks of a separate preview do not establish which cookies are used there.

If Cloudflare or another security service is enabled for this domain, it may introduce operational or security cookies. The hosting provider and the office should confirm the active services and their cookie inventory. Cookie choices on this page control the browser storage managed by the website code and do not disable infrastructure security services.

Google Analytics and optional tools

The website code reviewed contains no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or advertising pixels. Hosting infrastructure may separately collect technical and usage data, as described above.

Accept All enables only the optional storage of display preferences listed in Cookie Settings. It does not authorise future analytics or advertising services. Before such a tool is introduced, we will identify its provider, purpose, information collected and retention periods, offer the relevant choice before it loads, and request a new choice where required. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing the preferences dialog does not constitute acceptance of optional storage.

Managing and clearing data

Open Cookie Settings from the fixed button or the footer to review or change your choice. Choose Necessary Only to withdraw optional storage; the saved display preferences are then removed. The reset control below removes both the privacy choice and display preferences and shows the banner again.
