Information and purposes
The website includes an enquiry form which becomes available after server activation. When active, it collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected subject and message for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your enquiry. There is no document upload facility or mailing-list registration. Email and telephone links open the relevant application on your device. When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry, so that we can respond and consider your request. If you apply for a role through the Careers page, we receive the CV and covering email you send for the purpose of considering your application.
Providing information in an initial enquiry is voluntary. We may be unable to respond or assess your request without sufficient contact details and information about the enquiry. Please agree a suitable communication channel with us before sending medical records, case files or other sensitive information.
When you load a page, your browser sends technical data to the hosting infrastructure, including an IP address and request details. Depending on your request and browser settings, this may also include the access time, page address, browser type, operating system and referring page.
