Karin Furman’s practice encompasses health insurance, bodily injury liability, contractors’ all risks and business insurance litigation on behalf of major insurance companies and businesses.
Her work involves assessing what the policy requires, what the evidence establishes and which elements of the claim remain disputed. Medical and professional opinions form part of that assessment, together with the contemporaneous documents and the parties’ factual accounts.
She handles the preparation and presentation of the defence in court proceedings and participates in negotiations concerning liability, coverage and compensation.
