Overview
Oz Romano’s practice spans specialty risks, cyber insurance, jewellers’ block, health insurance and bodily injury litigation. A partner since 2024, he represents major insurance companies and businesses in disputes that bring together insurance coverage, the circumstances of a loss and competing accounts of responsibility.
The breadth of his practice requires consideration of different kinds of risk—from losses affecting valuable property and business operations to claims involving health and personal injury. His work encompasses the analysis of policy obligations, development of the evidential case and representation in litigation and settlement negotiations.

He is married to Hadas and is the father of Daniel and Elroi.
