Liability and the insurance position
We examine the circumstances of the event, the vehicles and persons involved and the relevant insurance documentation. We consider the relevant periods, assumptions and deductions and identify areas of uncertainty. Settlement recommendations relate the assessed range of exposure to the litigation risks and are revisited when medical evidence or procedural developments materially change the position.
